The Uganda Security Printing Company (USPC) recently organized an exhilarating team building event that brought together employees from all levels of the organization. This two-day retreat was designed to strengthen relationships, enhance communication and reinvigorate our workforce. Here’s a look at the highlights of this memorable experience.
The event featured a carefully curated mix of activities designed to cater to various interests and abilities in problem-solving challenges, outdoor adventures, creative workshops, communication games and leadership rotations.
One of the primary goals of this event was to break down silos between different departments. Through mixed-team activities, employees from various sections of USPC – from design and printing to quality control and administration – had the opportunity to interact and understand each other’s roles better.
At USPC, we believe that our strength lies in our people. This team building event has reinforced that belief, showing us once again that when we come together, we can achieve great things.
